Enhancements have been made to Truck setup screens to allow users to mark trucks as 'Active' or 'Inactive' for service use.
In Add/Edit Truck, a 'Mark Active' and 'Mark Inactive' button was added to the bottom of the screen.
- Mark Active:
- Displays if a truck is not active.
- Displays if a truck is not active.
- Mark Inactive:
- Displays if a truck is active. If a truck is marked 'inactive' and is currently assigned to a route record, a confirmation window displays for the user to acknowledge marking a truck inactive will remove it from any future routes.
- Displays if a truck is active. If a truck is marked 'inactive' and is currently assigned to a route record, a confirmation window displays for the user to acknowledge marking a truck inactive will remove it from any future routes.
The Truck Setup screen has also been updated to reflect the active status of trucks and includes an 'Active' column and a "Show Inactive" checkbox.
