Set Up (Services) - Enable Labor Tracking Added to Update Line of Business Screen (14237, 14238) [Enhancement]

Enable Labor Tracking has been added to Line of Business setup screen and controls the display of the Labor tab in the Service Record. When enabled, the Labor tab displays. By default, the Enable Labor Tracking field is off and the Labor tab is hidden.

Enable Labor Tracking options:

  • Enable = Yes

  • Off/Disabled = No


Edit Service Record - Labor Tab

When Enable Labor Tracking is set to 'Yes', a Labor tab displays on the Service Record. The Labor tab tracks the hours a worker is scheduled to work vs the hours they actually worked. Select within each field to add or edit the hours for a worker or add a note.
