Route Management - Re-Number Tab Updates (14788, 14916)

The following enhancements have been made to the Re-Number tab in Route Management:

1. Division and Day of Week filters have been added to display routes upon Load.
2. New columns added:
   • Day of Week
     • Identifies the day of the week for the route.
   • Stops
     • Link to open Route Stop Details and review a (read-only) list of the stops on the route.
   • Quantity
     • Displays the total service quantity on the route.
   • View Map
     • Displays the stops on a map.
