Account Request Management - Screen Enhancements (16476) [Enhancement]

The following updates have been applied to the Account Request Management screen:

1. Date formatting has been updated to display the first three characters of the day of the week. This also applies to the 'Completed On' date.
2. The Account / Site column has been improved to include a ' / ' between the account and site.
3. A "Completion Note" column has been added, visible when the Status filter is set to any of the completed options. Additionally, a "Status" column will also be shown after the "Note" column when the Status filter is set to "Not Completed."
4. "Completed By" and "Completed On" columns have been updated to display when the Status filter is set to any of the completed options.
