Pathway: Reports > Standard Reports > Operations > Vehicle Inspection Results
The Vehicle Inspection Results report provides inspection results recorded by the driver for a specific vehicle during a period of time indicated by the start and end dates.
Required Permissions
The following permissions are required to run the Vehicle Inspections report:

Parameters and Descriptions
| Parameter | Description |
| Truck | Filters the report to a specific truck. |
| Start Date | Filters to pull results starting from the date entered. |
| End Date | Filters to include results until the end date entered. |
Run The Report
- Enter the required parameters the report applies to.
- Select or enter the Truck you would like the report to pull inspection data on.
- Select or enter the Start Date and End Date to create a window of time for the report to pull inspection data within.
- Select or enter the Truck you would like the report to pull inspection data on.
- Select 'Run Report' or 'Run as Excel.'
- Run Report: results of the generated report will display in a new window tab.
- Run as Excel: results will be exported to Excel for the user to open and view.
Understand The Report
| Column | Description |
| Inspection Item | Displays each of the Pre and Post Trip items included in the driver inspection. |
| Pre Trip Results | The results of the inspection before the driver started their route. |
| Post Trip Results | The results of the inspection after the driver completed their route. |
| Note | Displays any supplemental notes added with the inspected items. |
| Pre Trip | Displays the signature of the driver after completing the Pre Trip inspection. |
| Post Trip | Displays the signature of the driver after completing the Post Trip inspection. |
