Portal (Auto Pay) - Accept Terms and Conditions Check Box Added (15394) [Enhancement]

In the Portal's Add Payment Method screen, a new check box for Accepting Payment Terms and Conditions has been included. Users must check this box in order to save the payment method. To access and review the terms and conditions, users can click on the "Accept Payment Terms and Conditions" link that is displayed alongside the checkbox.

In Setup > System > System Options > Account Portal (tab), if the Make a Payment Terms box is blank or null, the Terms and Conditions check box and message is hidden from portal view.
