Accounts - WO Minimum Field Not Reverting Back to '0' With Change to Posting Status (16294)

Previously, the WO Minimum field did not revert back to '0' when a user changed the Posting Status from 'Posted' to either the 'Pending' or 'Ready To Post' options. This has been resolved.
