Work Order (Disposal Ticket) - Total Cost Not Saving User Changes to Total Cost (15477)

An issue has been resolved that prevented manual changes to the 'Total Cost' field of a Disposal Work Order from saving.

Pathway: Open Work Order > Click 'Disposal/Ship' tab
