Pathway: Setup > Operations > Transporter


The Transporter Setup page is used to add all the transporting options needed to complete Services.  


Add Transporter Field Descriptions

FieldDescriptions
Name    
Required    
The name of the transport company.
Address Line 1    
City    
State    
Postal Code    
The address of the transport company.

Address Line 1 uses Google Search to autocomplete the address fields. Begin entering the street address or name of the transport company to populate a list of matching results. Select the correct address when it displays.

Phone    
The phone number of the transporter company.

Contact Name    
The name of the person who should be contacted

State ID    
The State Regulator ID. May not apply to all states.

EPA ID    
The federal ID for transport of regulated waste.

Note    
Optional internal note.

Active    
Required    
The active status of the transporter.


Division    
Select the division this transporter is assigned to.

Manifest Signature Name    
The name of the person whose signature is on the manifest.

Manifest Signature    
Browse and upload a signature of the person responsible for signing the manifest. The Signature must match the Manifest Signature Name entered above.

Default Transportation Method    
The default method used to transport the waste material (ship, truck, rail car and etc.).

Ship Tracking Interface    
Allows for inbound shipment tracking and handling with the carrier selected. Requires additional carrier integration setup.

Emergency Response Phone    
The 24 hour emergency contact number for the transporter.

Emergency Response Message        
Emergency directive text that displays with the transporter.


Add Transporter

  1. Select the green + to open the Add Transporter tool. Complete the following required fields:
    • Enter the Name of the transporter.
    • Select the Active status of the transporter.
  2. Complete additional fields based on your company's setup requirements.
  3. Click Save when finished.
