Pathway: Setup > Operations > Transporter
The Transporter Setup page is used to add all the transporting options needed to complete Services.
Add Transporter Field Descriptions
Field | Descriptions |
Name Required | The name of the transport company. |
Address Line 1 City State Postal Code | The address of the transport company. Address Line 1 uses Google Search to autocomplete the address fields. Begin entering the street address or name of the transport company to populate a list of matching results. Select the correct address when it displays. |
Phone | The phone number of the transporter company. |
Contact Name | The name of the person who should be contacted |
State ID | The State Regulator ID. May not apply to all states. |
EPA ID | The federal ID for transport of regulated waste. |
Note | Optional internal note. |
Active Required | The active status of the transporter. |
Division | Select the division this transporter is assigned to. |
Manifest Signature Name | The name of the person whose signature is on the manifest. |
Manifest Signature | Browse and upload a signature of the person responsible for signing the manifest. The Signature must match the Manifest Signature Name entered above. |
Default Transportation Method | The default method used to transport the waste material (ship, truck, rail car and etc.). |
Ship Tracking Interface | Allows for inbound shipment tracking and handling with the carrier selected. Requires additional carrier integration setup. |
Emergency Response Phone | The 24 hour emergency contact number for the transporter. |
Emergency Response Message | Emergency directive text that displays with the transporter. |
Add Transporter
- Select the green + to open the Add Transporter tool. Complete the following required fields:
- Enter the Name of the transporter.
- Select the Active status of the transporter.
- Complete additional fields based on your company's setup requirements.
- Click Save when finished.
