Fuel Source Setup

Pathway: Setup > Operations > Fuel Source
The Fuel Source tool is used to record the fueling locations used by trucks. Fuel source information is displayed in Dispatch under the Productivity view.

Descriptions |
Name Required |
The name of the location (i.e. gas station) the fuel is from.

Ownership Required |
Indicates if the fuel location is internally or externally sourced. - External -Fuel source is an outside vendor fueling/gas station.
- Internal - Fuel is sourced internally from the company.

Address Line 1 Required |
The street address of the location. This field is geocoded and will populate possible matches as you enter the location's name or address. Select the correct address when it displays.

| Address Line 2 |
Provides an additional space for entering supplementary information related to the location's address (Unit, Apt, Suite, PO box, and etc.).

City/State/Postal Code Required |
The City, State, and Postal Code for the address.

Phone
|
The phone number for the fuel company.

Note
|
Internal note related to the fuel source.
|
Active Required |
Controls the availability of the fuel source for use. When active, that fuel source will be displayed in the Fuel Source Map and any Fuel Source drop down lists.

Add Fuel Source
- Select the green + icon to open the Add Fuel Source tool.
- Complete the following required fields:
- Enter a Name for the fuel source.
- Select the Ownership of the fuel source.
- Enter the complete Address and City/State/Postal Code for the fuel source.
- Set the Active flag. Select 'Yes' for active or 'No' as Inactive.
- Complete additional fields based on your company's setup requirements.
- Click Save when finished.
Fuel Source Map
Click on the map icon to open the Fuel Source Map. From the map, view each of the fuel locations and click the location's pin to view the address.
