Database Query - Driver Incentive Summary Entity

The Driver Incentive Summary entity groups completed operational stops by route, vehicle type, and distance bucket. It aggregates raw distance calculations and work hours to provide a clean overview of total productivity and consolidated incentive scoring for payroll and operational efficiency reviews.
Initiating a Driver Incentive Summary Query
To generate a Driver Incentive Summary report using the Database Query tool, follow the steps outlined below. Reference the Database Query article for more details on how to use the tool for reporting.
- Go to the Database > Database Query screen.
- Click the New button in the top control bar. This will open the Select Main Entity popup.
- Select Driver Incentive Summary.
- After the Display Fields for the Users entity populate, select the check boxes for the fields you want to include in the report.
- If a specific order is required, select the fields in the order you want them to appear in the query.
- Click Run to execute the query. Results are generated in a new tab with the date and timestamp.
Columns Available for Display
The following data can be pulled in when running a User report.

Categorization based on stop accuracy:
- B1 = ≤ 250 ft
- B2 = ≤ 500 ft
- B3 = ≤ 1,000 ft
- B4 = > 1,000 ft or missing coordinates

Total count of unique work orders completed within that distance tier. |

The exact sum of calculated distances, in feet, between target sites and
completion locations.
