Previously, users could apply a communication filter to the Calendar in the Customer Details screen by selecting the Communication check box. This has been updated to a drop down selection with specific types of communication to filter on. When a communication filter is selected, it will display highlighted in green in the drop down. This feature allows for the selection of multiple filter options.
