User Activities (Accounts) - Task Details Not Populating When 0/# or #/0 (20527)

The issue with the Task details section of the Accounts > User Activities not populating when the Tasks value is either 0/# or #/0 for a given user has been fixed.  

When clicking on a Task value of 0/# or #/0, the history of tasks for that user are now displaying as expected.
