An issue where Work Order (WO) and Manual Charge billing batches were not calculating Level 2 surcharge fees correctly has been fixed. The Level 2 surcharge fee is now being calculated based on the sum of the Base Rate and any Level 1 fees (like Fuel charge). Previously, it was incorrectly calculated based on just the Base Rate.
