Pathway: Setup > Operations > State Manifest
The State Manifest Setup screen establishes the default manifest format used for transporting waste by state and line of business.
Field Descriptions
| Field | Description |
| State | Identifies which state the manifest applies to. |
| Line Of Business | Identifies which line of business the manifest format is specific to. |
| Manifest | The default manifest format that will be used. |
| Consolidation Manifest | The default manifest format that is used for transfer manifests (typically applies to medical waste). |
| Custom Text 1 | Option to add a custom text that will display on the manifest. |
| Custom Text 2 | Option to add an additional custom text that will display on the manifest. |
State Manifest Setup Steps
- Select the green + to open "Add State Manifest Setup."
- Complete the following required fields:
- Select a State the manifest format applies to.
- Select the Line Of Business.
- Select the Manifest format.
- Complete additional fields based on your company's setup requirements.
- Click Save when finished.
