Safety Profile Type Setup

Pathway: Setup > Operations > Safety Profile Type

The Safety Profile Type Setup screen is used to  identify safety issues a driver should be made aware of before servicing a site.  After a safety profile is created, it must be linked to the site to be visible in the Services List (Dispatch) and on the NavuNav (currently IOS only) driver app.

Link a Safety Profile to a Site

Once a Safety Profile has been created, it can be assigned to the applicable sites. When a site is associated with a Safety Profile, a red badge icon is displayed throughout the system, including the Site section, Work Orders, and the Driver App. In the Core Application, hovering over the icon displays the safety concern associated with that site.

A safety profile icon will display next to a site that has been marked with a safety concern such as low hanging wires. Hovering over the icon will display the notes that were entered along with it. Clicking on it will display additional information and allow for editing.

Safety Profile Work Order Example

A safety profile icon will display at the top of the work order for a site that has been marked with a safety concern such as low hanging wires. Hovering over the icon will display the notes that were entered along with it. Clicking on it will display additional information and allow for editing.

Sites with a safety profile attached are identified with a red badge in the driver application. Currently, the safety profile is only supported in the NavuNav iPad version and not in iPhone or Android.
