The logic has been corrected for the disposal record timestamp displayed in Dispatch and on the work order. Previously, times were being set to noon or midnight instead of reflecting the actual disposal time.
Pathway: load Work Order > Disposal / Ship tab; Operations > Dispatch > select Disposal Record (Disposal column)
