Pathway: Accounts > Account Screen
When a charge code does not have a waste profile linked to it, a question mark displays for the service code.
- Expand the Service Code and review its charge code(s).
- Charge codes that do not have a waste profile linked will display a question mark inside a blue bubble.
- Charge codes that have a waste profile linked (that is not expired) will display a check mark inside a green bubble.
- Expired waste profiles display as a exclamation point in a red bubble.
- Select the Hazardous Waste icon to display the Link Waste Profile popup editor.
- Click on the Link icon of the waste profile you would like to link to the service charge.
- Close out of the popup editor and verify a green check mark displays for the charge code.
