A new default rate feature is now available for Service Codes. Users can create default rates for a service code specific to the Division, Service Region and Frequency of the active service it will be applied. Setting up a service code for default pricing is a two-part process involving the Service Code Default Rate Setup tool, to establish the requirements of the default rate and the Service Code Setup tool to enable default rates for use.
