The following resolutions have been applied to proration calculations:
Logic update to proration start date and calculation logic
An issue has been resolved where proration charges and proration credits could round to different amounts. When a service is ended and restarted one day apart at the same rate, both the proration charge and credit are rounded two decimal places.

Proration corrected for one-day active service changes
Billing now correctly recognizes and applies one day of proration when a service change occurs one day after the start of billing for the existing service.
