The following resolutions have been applied to proration calculations:
Logic update to proration start date and calculation logic
An issue has been resolved where proration charges and proration credits could round to different amounts. When a service is ended and restarted one day apart at the same rate, both the proration charge and credit are rounded two decimal places.

Proration corrected for one-day active service changes
Billing now correctly recognizes and applies one day of proration when a service change occurs one day after the start of billing for the existing service.

Billing enhancement to handle service change proration
Previously, billing proration did not apply to mid-month service rate changes. Billing has been updated to prorate charges and credits accurately when a service rate changes during a billing period.
Billing updated to correctly handle Services - Start Only proration method
Services with a mid-month start date now correctly apply Services - Start Only proration, calculating charges from the start date through the end of the month.
