AR History (Account) - Post a Payment Apply Convenience Fee Option Hidden (21410)

When the Setup > Account > Account Class Manual Convenience Fee Type configuration on the Payment Processing tab is set to None, the Apply Convenience Fee checkbox is hidden on the Post a Payment screen.
