Work Order Prepayment Page Updates (15412) [Enhancement]

The Prepayment screen has been updated with the following changes:

1. Logo added with the division legal name, phone and email
2. The page title 'Work Order Prepayment Amount $xx.xx' has been renamed to 'Work Order # xxxxx Prepayment'
3. Work Order details layout and details on the screen updated and 'Prepayment Due Today' added
4. The 'Make a Payment' button has been renamed to 'Process Payment'
5. Payment Terms and Conditions added
6. Prepayment Success page added and will display if prepayment was successfully processed.
7. Invalid Prepayment page added and will display if the prepayment link is no longer valid. 
   1. Work Order Service Date has passed
   2. Work Order is marked 'Complete'
