Rate Update Batch (Sales) - Added Filter Options (20422)

Three changes have been made to the Add Filter option on the Add Site Service Rate Update Batch screen.

1. Two (2) new date fields have been added to the filtering options. 
   
   
   
2. For all date type fields, 3 additional filtering options have been added.
   
   
   
   
3. The filtering for Site Address State has been changed to show the state abbreviation versus the full state name.
