The Operations Analysis screen is a powerful, interactive reporting hub designed to give you both high-level operational oversight and granular data-specific visibility. This screen allows you to analyze operational data through 12 different views, or types of reports, ranging from volume and revenue tracking to driver productivity and equipment utilization.
The initial report generated contains summarized data that is always aggregated by month and is dependent on the type of report selected. If a monthly summary metric is greater than 0, the number functions as a clickable hyperlink, allowing you to drill down directly into a detailed view of the data.
Many Report Types are provided and can be narrowed down by year, division, service region, and/or line of business.

Report Parameters
To generate any view on the Operations Analysis screen, you must first define your search criteria using the report parameter dropdown selections at the top of the page.

Type

Select one of the report types listed above (e.g., Count by Driver). This selection dictates what is displayed in the initial summary report and the specific metrics calculated.

Year
|
Restricts the report to only generate data for the selected year.

Division
|
Restricts results to a specific division or select 'All' to look across all divisions.

Service Region
|
Restricts results to a specific geographic area or select 'All' to see all regions for that Division
|
LOB
|
Restricts results by a specific service sector (e.g., Commercial, Residential) or select 'All' to see all lines of business for the division /service region selection.

Hide ZeroTotal Qty:
|
Check this box to only display results where there is at least one quantity across the year with a quantity greater than 0.

How to Run the Report
Follow these simple steps to run one of the Operations Analysis reports.
Select the Type of report you would like to run.
- Select the Year the report should generate data for.
- Select from the optional filters:
- Division
- Service Region
- LOB
- Click the Hide ZeroTotal Qty checkbox to hide all rows that only have zeros as a total.
- Select Load and the report's results will be returned on the screen.
Understand the Report
While the data changes based on the Type of report selected, the layout and behavior is the same across all types of reports.
Upon clicking Load, the system generates a summary report that includes a grid of summarized data:
- Rows: Broken down by the entity chosen in your report Type (e.g., Driver Name, Route Code, Equipment Type).
- Columns: Broken down chronologically by Month.
- Cells: The calculated metric total for a given month/entity. If a cell value is 0, it is static. If a value is greater than 0, it becomes a blue hyperlink. The metric is either:
- A whole number for the "Count by" reports.
- A currency amount for the "Revenue by" reports.
- A 2 decimal number for the Cubic Yard reports
Clicking any hyperlinked value inside a cell opens a secondary, detailed drill-down report (e.g., the Count by Driver Details Report).
Important Note on Data: Drill-down reports display completed work only (where the record status is marked Complete). This ensures data strictly matches your monthly billing statements.
Report Types
Details about each report type is described below.
Count by Driver
The Count by Driver analysis report contains the total quantity of work orders serviced by driver and by month. As stated above, it can be filtered by Year, Division, Service Region and LOB.
Select a hyperlink value under a given month for a specific driver to open the Count by Driver Details screen.
Count by Driver Details - Field Descriptions
| Field | Description |
| Site ID | The unique system id number for the customer's service location. This is a hyperlink that if clicked will open the customer service screen for that that site.

| Site Name | The customer's business or property name where the vehicle stopped.
|
| Address | The physical street address where the service took place.
|
| Division | The corporate operating branch responsible for managing this work.
|
| Service Region | The broader territory or dispatch zone handling the route.
|
| Date | The scheduled calendar date the service was performed.
|
| Route | The designated route code assigned to the schedule.
|
| Driver | The full name of the driver who operated the route and completed the stop.
|
| Type | The classification of the work performed (e.g., FL Service).
|
| Work Order # | The unique tracking number for this specific dispatch job. HYPERLINK
|
| Qty | The quantity of containers or items serviced during the stop.
|
| Equipment Type | The size and style of the container or equipment handled (e.g., 6 Yard FL).
|
| Volume | The calculated volumetric size or capacity recorded for the load.
|
| Material | The type of waste or recyclable material collected at the location.
|
| Line of Business | The sector this service belongs to.
|
| Description | Special field logs, driver notes, or unique billing descriptions.
|
| Billed Revenue | The actual amount invoiced to the customer for the service.
|
| Work Order Revenue | The projected or operational revenue mapped to the job for profitability tracking.
|
| Work Type ID | A internal system code used for tracking specific labor/work classifications.

Count by Equipment Type
The Count by Equipment Type analysis report is a summary of completed services by month for each equipment type. It can be filtered by Year, Division, and LOB.
Count by Service Region
The Count by Equipment Type analysis report is a summary of completed services by month for each equipment type. It can be filtered by Year, Division, and LOB.
Count by Route
The Count by Route analysis report is a summary of completed services by month for each route. It can be filtered by Year, Division, Service Region, and LOB.
Count by Service Region
The Count by Service Region analysis report is a summary of completed services by month for each service region. It can be filtered by Year, Division, and LOB.
Count by Status
The Count by Status analysis report is a summary of completed services by month for each status type. It can be filtered by Year, Division, and LOB.
Count by Work Type
The Count by Work Type analysis report is a summary of completed services by month for each Work Type. It can be filtered by Year, Division, Service Region, and LOB.
Cubic Yards by Route
The Cubic Yards by Route analysis report is a summary of cubic yards hauled by month for each route. It can be filtered by Year, Division, and LOB.
Revenue by Driver
The Revenue by Driver analysis report is a summary of revenue generated by month for each driver based on completed services. It can be filtered by Year, Division, and LOB.
Revenue by Equipment Type
The Revenue by Equipment Type analysis report is a summary of revenue generated by month for each equipment type. It can be filtered by Year, Division, Service Region, and LOB.
Revenue by Route
The Revenue by Route analysis report is a summary of revenue generated by month for each route. It can be filtered by Year, Division, Service Region, and LOB.
Revenue by Work Type
The Revenue by Work Type analysis report is a summary of revenue generated by month for each Work Type. It can be filtered by Year, Division, and LOB.
WO Charges Sum by Service Region
The WO Charges Sum by Service Region analysis report is a summary of work order charges by month for each service region. It can be filtered by Year, Division, and LOB.
