Pineapple Payments is set to officially sunset effective April 30th, 2026.
What this means to you
We’ve been working behind the scenes to make this transition as seamless as possible. Navusoft is in the process of migrating Pineapple Payment accounts to the CardPointe Gateway. Once migration is complete, all Pineapple Payment accounts will be made inactive, and transaction processing for those accounts will no longer be available or supported.
Who this affects
This change applies to all users processing credit card payments in Navusoft.
What you need to do
No action is required. All migration and setup have been completed for you.
Where to review transactions
The Transax Pineapple Gateway will no longer be available for reviewing transactions, funding, or settlement dates. Users should instead access this information through the CardPointe Gateway.
