Resolved an issue in General Ledger (GL) transaction processing where deferred surcharges (such as Fuel and Environmental Surcharges) were improperly flagged with validation errors and mapped to incorrect GL accounts. These deferred surcharges are no longer being mapped erroneously to service code GL accounts and are correctly being mapped without triggering false errors.
