Pathway: Reports > Standard Reports > Operations > Disposal Detail
Run the Disposal Detail report to review an itemized breakdown of total disposal costs for a customer within a specified date range and the selected filter parameters. Depending on the filter parameters that were applied, this report may return a high page volume.
Required Permissions
To use the report features and generate the report, the following permissions are required:

Run a Report
- Select the AR Division the report applies to.
- Enter a Start Date and End Date to create a window of time the report will pull data for.
- Select a Weight Summary Unit that applies.
- Select a Volume Summary Unit that applies.
- Optional filter parameter selections:
- Route
- Disposal Location
- Line of Business
- Route
- Select Run Report or Run as Excel.
- Run Report: results of the generated report will display in a new window tab.
- Run as Excel: results will be exported to Excel for the user to open and view.
Understanding the Report
Field | Description |
Date | Indicates the date the waste material was disposed. |
Ticket # | Displays the Disposal Ticket Number the driver received from the disposal location. |
Route | The route the disposal was placed on. |
Material | Indicates what type of waste material was disposed. |
Driver | Displays the name of the driver for the route. |
Quantity | Represents the quantity of discarded waste material. |
UOM | Indicates the unit of measure used to identify the quantity of the waste material. |
Rate | Indicates the per unit rate that was used to calculate cost. |
Fee1 | Displays any fee associated with the disposal and is added in to the Total Cost calculation. |
Fee2 | Displays any additional fee that might be associated with the disposal and is added into the Total Cost calculation. |
Total Cost | The total disposal cost based on the filter parameters that were established. |
