The printed tickets from the inbound / outbound NTEP Scale system have been improved to support compliance with trade specific standards.

Status
Each printed ticket for Scale Ticket Formats 1 and 2 will now have a status printed on each page in the bottom left corner along with the timestamp of when it was printed and who printed it.
- STAGED: the scale process being documented on the ticket is not completed.
- FINAL: the scale process being documented on the ticket is complete and printed for the very 1st time.
- REPRINT: the scale process being documented on the ticket is completed and printed for the 2nd time or thereafter.
- REPRINT - EDITED: the scale process being documented on the ticket was identified as "Complete", then changed back to "Not Completed", updated, saved and printed again.
Weights
In addition the following changes have been made to the Scale Ticket Formats 1 and 2:
- Scale section added for Gross, Tare, and Net weights.
- Gross will always display as the first weight and Tare as the second,
- The text labels, "In" and "Out", display based on the event type.
- When scale is used, the scale weight displays; otherwise, the manual weight displays.
Depending on what is used, the labeling will display accordingly. - For Tare weight, either the applicable weight gathered from the scale or the Stored weight for that vehicle is displayed or it is entered manually.
- If any of the weights are NULL, then nothing will be displayed.
