The issue with the system failing to mark routes as Serviced relative to their local time across different time zones has been fixed. Updates were made to use division-specific RFID API keys instead of one single global API key when processing the RFID data. This ensures accurate route tracking for Dispatch Ops so the services completed are synchronized when working across time zones.
The RFID API Key is provided on the Integrations tab of the Add Division or Edit Division screens.
