A new configuration option is available to support revenue allocation by servicing yard or depot. When caonfigured, revenue generated from services can be tracked based on the yard responsible for performing the work. To support this, a new Calculate Intercompany Revenue screen was added to the Accounting module.
This feature is intended for operations where routes servicing the same site may originate from multiple yards or depots. In these scenarios, revenue from a service can be proportionally allocated to the servicing yard. Billing continues to occur under the site’s division, while downstream accounting processes can allocate the revenue to the appropriate yard as needed.
This functionality is optional and must be enabled in the setup screens referenced below.

- From the Accounting tab, set the Enable Servicing Yard Segmentation to Yes.
- Yard Setup
- Enter the Intercompany Revenue Segment in Yard Setup for each yard where revenue allocation will be tracked.
Additional setup requirements
Allocation tracking requires routes to have a Start Yard and End Yard assigned so the system can identify the servicing yard and allocate revenue appropriately.
