When a site service billing is driven by a recurring minimum, the description of the minimum charge code as defined by the Line of Business is now displayed.
This ensures customers clearly see that the rate applied is for a recurring minimum, and is visible in two places:
- Billing Batch Details screen
- Invoice (NavuFormat A and 2 custom formats)
Note: Any other customized invoice formats will require a separate update to support this new.
