Permission 486 (Void Rebate / Refund Check) has been added to limit users from being able to void a rebate or refund a check at the transaction level.
If the user does not have permission 486 in addition to not having its parent permision, 175 (Void AP Payment Batch), then the right-click option to Void / Reverse a rebate or refund check in the AR History screen is not available.
